Frequently Asked Questions for Dentists

We make removables such as dentures, partials, flexibles partials, clear trays retainers, stayplates. Pretty much if it's meant for the patient to be able to take it out on their own we should be able to make it. If there is something your not sure if we can make or want to try some crazy designed appliance then let's talk about it to flush out everything.

Traditional Impressions - Either you can pour up your own model and send it over or you can take a shelf stable impression like PVS that I can pour at the lab. Alginate won't last long unless we are picking up from our local offices.
Intraoral Scans - Here depends on which system you have. Here's the 2 most popular.
iTero - Look for us on with the Lab ID :632980

My main focus is making the best appliance we can for the patient. So give me more than enough to get the job done.
Impressions - Great impressions of dentition, edentulous arches, antagonist arch are important. My best denture can only be as good as your best impression. Proper extentions, border molding, custom trays if needed is a crucial step.
Bite Registrations - Guides so I don't have to eyeball it from wear faucets or by hand articulation feel. Nice if it's thin but not brittle, chunky registrations may work as long as it didn't displace the patients occlusion.
Photos (Optional) - Does the patient have a interesting midline alignment? Does the patient want to use a reference picture of what they want their new teeth to look like? Is there something they don't like about their current set? As optional as this step is, all the time when talking to patients about their denture online, they all tend to wish the person at the lab bench should could have seen what they wanted. The more info the better.
Reference Denture - If the patient has an existing denture, awesome. We can use that with a wash impression and scanned to give us a great first start to our process. Even if the patient hates their old one, atleast with this method we can start with a rough average of patients VDO and an example of what they don't or do want. Either a digital scan of the denture used as a custom tray or call us to pick up and we can get it mounted and back to you ASAP.

Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We want to get a great appliance to you with as much collaboration as you want. Want to see me set up the wax try stage, I'll send you a invite to view it. If you want me to do it all without your intervention, that's normal too. Just as for the technician Anthony and we can chat.
